Margaret C. Perrenoud the beloved wife of Robert Perrenoud passed away on 4/10/2024. On June 21, 1958, she was united in marriage to Robert Perrenoud. The couple was together for over 60 years until Robert’s passing in 2018.
Margaret was a Proverb’s woman. She worked at Coberly’s Elevators, Hagge Insurance, and sorted corn. All locally to be available to her children as they grow up. Once she stopped working, she started to ride with Robert to make his hours in the truck not so lonely. Everyone was welcome at her table; she was able to cook anything that was brought to her and canned to make sure there was always something to eat. Margaret sewed and created quilts to give comfort to her family and friends. She rose to spend time in Bible study and prayer which gave her gentleness that brought comfort to those who came in touch with her. She had the ability to just be with someone, it didn’t matter age or station of life, she could make you feel that you were the most important person at that time.
She was always proud of her family, she was the mother of Violet (Rick) Crosby, Richard (Jan) Perrenoud, Sharon Chaplin and Janet Perrenoud; six grandchildren, Michael (Andrea) Perrenoud, Becky (Steve) Bush, Ashley (Tim) Perrenoud Fuller, Nathan (Twila) Chaplin, Ryan (Ashley) Perrenoud and Tim (Jamie) Chaplin; 15 great grandchildren; and sister, Lois (Charles) Straight.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; grandchild, Ashley Fuller; sister, Sherry Boche and brother, John Merry.

Proverb 31
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed;
Her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many daughters have done well,
But you excel them all.”
30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands,
And let her own works praise her in the gates.
